What if I have an issue with something in my apartment?

For any issues inside the apartment, please contact the owner immediately - this includes appliances, heat, AC, plumbing etc… If for some reason you cannot reach the owner, then contact the doorman if he is available or the management company of the building here

Who do I contact if I see an issue in the building?

For any issues with the building or the common areas (elevator, lobby, laundry room, stairwell) contact the door man if he is available or the management company.

As a Tenant who do I send my rent check to?

Please contact your owner to send in your rent in a timely manner.

As an Owner who do I send my monthly HOA check to?

Please contact the building management company to arrange the most convenient method of monthly payments for your maintenance.
