Cleanliness.

Please keep all common areas clean and free of litter.

Smoking.

There is absolutely no smoking in the common areas of the building - that includes stairwells, basement etc… Offenders will be charged a fine (Owners or Tenants)

Noise.

Please be respectful of your neighbors in the building, and also the surrounding neighbors of the building, loud music and partying will not be tolerated.
